Royal Realty Website

Before

After

The Problem:

The owner of Central Florida's Royal Realty was unhappy with the appearance and accessibility of their website. They liked the layout but wanted it to be less cluttered and easier to navigate.

The Solution:

I redesigned the website, and graphic assets, to provide a cleaner look and more intuitive navigation, with improved accessibility.

Redesigning Logos:

I chose a clean, simple, and sophisticated design for the logos. This will optimize their visibility, and make their usage more versatile with the option to change the logo's color without affecting the design.

The HomePage:

The homepage features a client testimonial section that allows the user to scroll horizontally, moving glass cards across the serene background. And, the menu was shortened to the top 3 key features of the company.

Sitemap and User Flow:

The user flow is organized into a quiz-like structure, where the user selects their preferred answers to advance to the next page, and ultimately arrives at a page dedicated to their exact needs.

About Page:

Carrying over the glass cards and background from the homepage, I structured two unique and independent vertical scrolling sections. One allows the user to scroll through the "family" of agents. While the other scrolls through the company's trusted vendors. I showcased only key features on these cards to keep the space clean and minimal, while the bulk of information on each card is accessed on a dedicated page when selected.

Final Product:

The conclusion of this project is a fully functioning Real Estate Brokerage website, optimized for accessibility and responsiveness. The product presents useful and necessary information to the user in an intuitive and personalized manner. This ultimately creates a better user experience and brings a positive image to the company.

Takeaways:

This project was my first experience taking a client's existing product and redesigning it to better suit their needs. It was a very different process than starting a design from scratch, and I gained a lot of insight from this challenge.
